They took the sheets and went to clean other rooms before putting them back on. Meanwhile we came back to the room and the bed was naked.

quality inn brookhaven exceeded my expectations! their helpful staff and great wifi made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. we loved the convenient location near fast food restaurants and my sister's house. can't wait to see the renovated rooms on our next visit!

I recently stayed at Quality Inn for 3 nights while visiting my sister. The location was perfect, surrounded by fast food restaurants and just 5 minutes away from her house. The Assistant Manager, Anna, was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. The wifi was great, which was a big plus for my kids with their devices. The staff were friendly and resolved any issues promptly. There were plenty of dining options and shops nearby. Special shoutout to the housekeeper who made sure we didn't leave my son's iPad and stuffed lamb behind. Very grateful!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
